The truth is meaningful. Awareness of important matters around the globe enables us, humankind, to live and evolve. Mnngful is here to drive awareness, transparency, and a deeper understanding of global issues and events that shape our world via documentary photography, filmmaking and journalism.

As a platform supporting independent documentary photography & photojournalism we present a directory of independet creators working within the genres and do our best to promote their work.

Presence in the Absence

The story takes desolated buildings and structures as its starting point. Devoid of human presence, albeit designed and constructed by humans, these are places that were once the product of a utopian vision.

Child labor behind Fair-Trade coffee production

In spite of 30 years of goodwill and promises for a Fair-Trade coffee, there have never been so many kids working in the fields. But worst, child labor in coffee farms is the overlooked side of a system of exploitation that longs toward slavery. Only after five years of working on this theme I understand my findings could be controversial.
